About the recordings in this batch:

  • They are licensed as Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).
  • They do not constitute an album. It's just what we've recorded nicely so far.
  • We made them in Alex's flat with one microphone plugged into a laptop running Audacity, an open-source digital audio workstation that crashes a lot. (Still haven't switched to Reaper yet.) Consequently, we had to record each part (guitar, voice, drums, etc.) separately, which makes the music sound a little out-of-sync and a little lackluster. Good enough for demos, though.

  • We made them in Alex's flat with one microphone plugged into a laptop running Audacity, an open-source digital audio workstation that crashes a lot. We will switch to Reaper in the near future. Consequently, we had to record each part (guitar, voice, drums, etc.) separately, which makes the music sound a little out-of-sync and a little lackluster. Good enough for demos, though. We're saving up to buy a multi-track recorder.
  • Maybe we'll pitch these to a record label one day and garner instant fortune and fame.
